The technician showed up right on time, which was a relief 'cause I was juggling a tight schedule. Friendly guy, really knew what he was doing. Our double wall oven had been misbehaving for quite a while, and honestly, I didn't want to deal with it anymore. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained his plan in simple terms, and got to work. What was cool is that he didn’t waste any time with unnecessary chatter – straight to the point and efficient.
